WHAT ARE THE FEES?

We charge a monthly flat fee. Final price dependent on number of accounts and transactions as well as complexity of your business.

HOW DOES MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING WORK?

Monthly bookkeeping involves tracking and recording financial transactions for a business on a monthly basis. This includes keeping a record of all income, expenses, and any other financial activity during the month.

WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

The following documents will be requested to properly organize your books. 

These documents will help us ensure that we have all the necessary financial information to keep accurately categorize all transactions and to produce financial reports monthly. 


WHEN AND HOW DO I SEND MY DOCUMENTS TO YOU?

Document will be shared securely using Google Drive. 

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORTS?

Monthly financial reports are delivered monthly by the 10th. This is considering all questions have been answered in regards to any unfamiliar transaction to the bookkeeper as well as bank and credit cards statements have been received to ensure all accounts have been properly reconciled so as to produce an accurate financial report. 

WHAT IF MY BOOKS ARE BEHIND SCHEDULE OR NEED A CLEAN-UP?

No worries. We can catch-up and clean-up your QuickBooks so that you can proceed with your day to day operations or let us take over moving forward. Catch-up/Clean-up includes:

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH A SPECIAL PROJECT?

You may customize our service agreement by adding specific tasks that you would like completed. Whatever combination of services or frequency you need, we can, to some degree, accommodate your small business. Just let us know your specific needs and we will do our best to assist. 

DO YOU PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH TAX PREP AND FILING?

A this time, we do not offer tax prep or filing services. We suggest every small business have a CPA to assist with financial planning and tax prep and filing. Accountants focus mainly on those tasks. A bookkeepers responsibility to organize and maintain your books in proper order along with reports ready for the CPA. Your bookkeeper will work closely with your desired CPA.  

DO YOU PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH PAYROLL?

At this time we do not offer payroll services. We do recommend you seek information from one of the following well recognized companies that cater to small businesses such as:

When choosing a payroll company, it's important to consider your specific needs and budget. These are just a few options to consider, so be sure to do your research and compare different payroll companies before making a decision. 

If you currently work with a payroll company, we can work with them and integrate their reports within QuickBooks for accurate bookkeeping. 

DO I NEED A BOOKKEEPER IF I AM JUST A VERY SMALL BUSINESS RAN BY MYSELF?


Not necessarily. Some business owners choose to handle it themselves. To determine whether you should or not, consider the following, even if you believe your business isn't large enough.

WHAT NOTARIAL SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?


We provide mobile notary services, also known as a traveling notary. We travel to a client's location to perform notarial services. We are available to witness and certify the signing of legal documents such as deeds, wills, power of attorney forms, and affidavits. We ensure that the person signing the document is who they claim to be and is signing the document voluntarily.

Mobile notaries are particularly useful for people who are unable to travel to a notary's office due to physical limitations, scheduling conflicts, or other reasons. We can meet clients at their home, workplace, or any other location that is convenient to you within Pasco and Hillsborough Counties in Florida.

An additional fee for for travel, which is based on factors such as travel time, distance, will be assessed. 

HOW DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT?

We take check, debit, or credit payments. A discount is given is the customer chooses to be on a recurring automatic payment plan. 

I'M NOT READY TO HIRE A BOOKKEEPER, CAN YOU TEACH ME HOW TO DO MY OWN BOOKS?

Of course. We can accommodate zoom sessions to assist with walking you through managing your own books. 

CAN YOU WORK WITH ME EVEN IF MY BUSINESS IS OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA?

Yes, of course. All services provided are virtual. Therefore, we can work with any business, no matter where you are located within the United States.
